RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used flavouring products for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at dannyebay1981@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food flavouring products
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
