SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2-3 business days - £3.95
- Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1-2 business days - £5.95
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £50
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Incorrect delivery addresses
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery Address

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at dannyebay1981@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Product Safety
Our food flavourings are packaged securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit. All products are sealed and comply with food safety regulations.
